2010 TriOak Foods Mill Corn Program 

Delivery:

TriOak Foods, Oakville location.

Harvest Contract:

Signup acres with a 240 bushel per acre maximum.  Delivery period is from September 1st, 2010  through November 30^th, 2010.

Post Harvest Contract:

Signup bushels with a 5% over/under tolerance.  Delivery will be from December 15th, 2010 through August 15^th, 2011.

Harvest Contract Drying Rebate: 

TriOak Foods will issue rebate checks to the Harvest Contract participants.  Growers will receive a rebate equaling 10% of your 2010 harvest delivery drying charges.  This rebate will be paid on Mill Corn only. 

Premiums and volume rebates:

Harvest and post harvest delivery has a 5-cent ($0.05) price premium based on the Oakville Bid.  New for 2010: 

TriOak Foods will rebate an additional 1 cent ($0.01) per bushel for all corn sold through us by Mill Corn participants if the total corn sales are 100,000 bushels or greater.  Another additional cent ($0.01) of rebate will be paid to the mill corn grower if total corn sales through TriOak Foods is 200,000 bushels or greater.

Flex Price Option:

Post harvest contract gives you the flexibility to deliver to another market if TriOak is informed prior to grower selling and/or delivering to that location with premium forfeited.

Guaranteed Marketing Program:

The grower will have the option to enter bushels into TriOak’s marketing program at no charge.

          6-month program begins January 1st, 2010 and markets through June 30^th of 2010.

Committed bushels are divided equally over the pricing days in the program and those bushels are priced on the market close each day the Chicago Board of Trade is open.  The average price established at the end of the contract will be a cash price.  Harvest contract prices will be based on Oct 2010 bids with a guaranteed floor of $3.45 per bushel.  Post Harvest contract prices will be based on March 2011 bids with a guaranteed floor of $3.60 per bushel.  At the end of the pricing period you will have priced the number of bushels enrolled at the guaranteed price or the average cash price whichever is higher. 

TriOak Foods does reserve the right to stop signup bushels at any time.
